I’m still always excited seeing a flat circle turn into a charming little rose. It’s such a satisfying process; cut your circle of material into a spiral, roll it from the outside edge in, and about four seconds later there’s a rose sitting in your hand. I’m hundreds of rolled roses in at this point, and the fun doesn’t wear off.
Six roses, six wired stems, wrapped in a kraft paper napkin and tied with twine. It’s a whole bouquet, and it won’t wilt on the counter.
No sewing
Not a stitch. Everything is cut, rolled, and glued. If you’ve been curious about felt flowers but you don’t sew, this is the one to start with.
Want to see it made first?
The Mini Felt Bouquet of Roses tutorial walks through this exact technique, free and start to finish. The kit is that same project with the cutting already done for you.
What you’ll make
A finished bouquet of six rolled felt roses with green sepals and wrapped wire stems, bundled, wrapped, and tied with a bow. Its small finished size makes it perfect to place on your desk, tuck into a gift bag, or top a wrapped present.
What’s in the box
Everything’s pre-cut. No templates, no tracing.
- 6 wool-blend felt squares for the roses
- 6 green felt squares for the sepals
- 6 wrapped wire stems, loops already bent flat
- A band to bundle the stems
- A kraft paper napkin for the wrap
- Two colors of twine for the bow
- Printed instructions with 8 illustrated steps, plus a link to the video tutorial
What you’ll need (not included)
- Scissors
- A hot glue gun (tacky glue works too, it’s just a bit fiddlier)
Designed for ages 14 and up.
Why wool-blend felt
Acrylic felt pills, fuzzes at the cut edge, and goes shiny where you press it. Wool-blend holds a clean spiral edge and keeps the rose looking like a rose instead of a lint roller. And, it’s the reason these still look good a year later.
A good gift, twice
Handed over as a kit, it’s an evening someone gets to spend making something. Handed over finished, it’s flowers that don’t die. You win either way!

I know Greta and saw her at a craft market about a month ago, so I was able to pick this up in person! It makes the cutest tiny bouquet, and the instructions seem very doable for me (as an adult – it might be a little fiddly for a young child to do). I love how simple Greta makes it to incorporate crafts into my life!
