Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues

If something arrives damaged or a piece is missing, we’ll make it right. Send a photo within 14 days of delivery to contact@darilyndesigns.com and we’ll send a replacement. If we can’t send a replacement, we’ll refund your order in full to your original payment method, typically within 5 business days.

Because everything is made by hand in small batches, we don’t take returns or exchanges otherwise.

We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for:

• Incorrect address entered at checkout
• Normal variation in handmade items

Shipping & Fulfillment

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days for in-stock items and kits.

Pre-orders: Items marked as pre-order will include an estimated ship timeline on the product page.

Shipping rates:

Orders under $50: $5.00 flat rate, however much you order.
Orders $50 and up: Free. The $50 is based on your order total after any discount code.

Where we ship: Within the United States only, for now.

Carrier: We ship via USPS. In rare cases an alternative carrier may be used. Kits ship via USPS with tracking. Small flat items like stickers may ship as untracked letter mail.

Once shipped, USPS delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days.

Digital products: Patterns and downloads don’t ship. Your file is available the moment you check out, and the link is in your confirmation email too. Because they’re delivered instantly, downloads are non-refundable.

Address accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel something? Email us before your order ships and we’ll do our best. Once it’s out the door we can’t intercept it.

Product Information & Disclaimers

Our products are handmade or assembled in small batches; slight variations may occur.

Craft kits may include small parts or tools and are intended for personal use.

Use care when crafting. Darilyn Designs is not responsible for injury resulting from misuse of materials or tools.

Payments & Security
