Returns, Exchanges & Order Issues

Due to the small-batch and curated nature of our kits and handmade goods, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or if a component is missing, we will make it right. Please contact us at contact@darilyndesigns.com within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue so we can verify and send a replacement.

We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for:

• Incorrect address entered at checkout
• Normal variation in handmade items

Shipping & Fulfillment

Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days for in-stock items and kits.

Pre-orders: Items marked as pre-order will include an estimated ship timeline on the product page.

Shipping rates:

Orders under $50: $5.00
Other over $50: Free!

Carrier: We ship via USPS. In rare cases an alternative carrier may be used; tracking information will always be provided.

Address accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly. Cancellation or change requests must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes.

Product Information & Disclaimers

Our products are handmade or assembled in small batches; slight variations may occur.

Craft kits may include small parts or tools and are intended for personal use.

Use care when crafting. Darilyn Designs is not responsible for injury resulting from misuse of materials or tools.

Payments & Security
